We were all walking home from school the other day, Terina, her friends and their mums, Niwa, and I. Then all of a sudden Terina turned around and said, holding her hand out, "Look mum my tooth has fallen out!" She didn't seem too fussed as this is her third one so far, her friends seemed much more excited than her.
When we got to the end of the walk way, I took a photo of her
and her friends showing their teeth, see below.
It is a tradition with our kids that they give their teeth to their
Poppa when they come out. Poppa takes their teeth home and
The 'Tooth Fairy' comes to visit him and ALWAYS leaves
$10 and a special personalised letter for each individual tooth.

Hello Terina,
What a big surprise to find you have lost another tooth.
Nobody even told me that you had one that was loose.
I hope you are being wise and healthy and cleaning
your teeth regularly as they are a very important
part of your body and you don't want to end up
with false teeth like your 'Old Poppa'.
Hopefully you will find something interesting
to spend this money on, or maybe you will save
it and put it towards something else later on.

Terina took her money into her room and put it in her wallet and said she is going to save it for FIJI as we are going on a family holiday there in July, Lets see how long it lasts LOL!
She then told her friend's mum the next day that she got $10 from the tooth fairy at her
Poppas house as they are very Rich her nanny and Poppa, we all had a good laugh about that!!
All of her friends want to give their teeth to her Poppa now too cause most of them just get $2 a tooth!
